Artichoke Dip

Today's recipe, Artichoke Dip, is easy to make and totally yummy.

The playlist is really short.  It only takes about 5 minutes total from the time you gather your ingredients until you're putting the dip in the oven!

Artichoke Dip
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
plain crackers (water crackers or toasted pita chips), for dipping

Gather your ingredients.

Heat your oven to 375 degrees.

Drain and remove your artichokes from the can.

Roughly chop them.

Combine all ingredients (except crackers, of course), in the bowl of a stand mixer (or you could use a large bowl and a hand mixer).  The cream cheese and mayo..........

......Parmesan........

.....sour cream.....

....chopped artichoke hearts....

....garlic....

....dill and salt.

Mix on medium speed for a minute or two, until blended.

Lightly oil (or spray with non-stick cooking spray) a 1-quart (or 8 x 8 inch) baking dish.

Spread the dip in the oiled dish.

Bake in your preheated 375-degree oven for about 45 minutes, until the top is a nice golden brown.

Like this.

Serve immediately, with crackers for dipping

Enjoy!
